Wheat Processing Division
Objective

The goal of the Wheat Processing Division is to use our advanced technological knowledge of different products and extensive solution strategies to serve and meet the need for premium quality products of our clients.

At present, our Company primarily focuses on the production and sales of flour, noodles and bakery products.

Flour
Under the ”Xiangxue“(香雪) brand, we process and produce two categories of flour- customized flour and general purpose flour. We also own the ”Shenxiang“(神象) and “Foutun”(福临门) brands which are popular brands in the in flour product category.
Customized flour: Made from high-quality wheat and produced to customer specifications, customized flour is widely used by traditional Chinese caterers and Western food caterers. Products include flour for freshly baked bread, biscuits, snacks, freshly baked cakes, frozen dough, instant noodles, and more.
General-purpose flour: Considered a product category for general-purpose. It is used to make a wide range of cooked foods and is for everyday-use by consumers.
Noodles
Currently, there are 4 categories of noodle products under the brand of “Xiangxue”(香雪).
Gift-Set Series: noodles for special occasions
Premium Series: noodles for high-income consumers
Superior Series: noodles for white- collar consumers
Family Series: noodles for families and the mass market
Within the next 3 to 5 years, we plan to launch more products including baked dough and uncooked dough.
Bread
Currently we offer various kinds of freshly baked bread and cakes under the brand of “Xiangxue”(香雪).
Within the next 3 to 5 years, we plan to introduce new products such as frozen dough.
