Malt
Malting barley is a special kind of barley that is used to produce malt for beer brewing. Malting barely is very much the ‘essence’ of the beer itself as the quality of the carbohydrate in malt is critical to the taste, nutritional attributes and alcohol content of the beer.
We have the capacity to process various malting barley including Metcalfe ,Schooner ,Gairdner and Prestige to meet our clients’ needs.
