Fuel Ethanol
Fuel ethanol refers to water-free ethanol that can be used as fuel without adding denaturants. When denaturant-free and lead-free oils are mixed at a certain proportion, fuel ethanol is converted into ethanol oil, a new type of clean fuel. Using advanced techniques, COFCO produces fuel ethanol with over 99.9% (V/V) purity.
Consumable Ethanol
Our product categories of consumable ethanol include a special class, quality and average of consumable ethanol (GB 10343-2002); medical ethanol (2005 version of Pharmacopoeia of the PRC); and specific types of ethanol produced at the request of  consumers. Our products are made from corn grown at green facilities, and are commonly used as raw material, solvent or fuel in beverage, chemical and medical industries.
Anhydrous Ethanol
Anhydrous ethanol is a type of low water content ethanol, produced by dehydrating 95-degree proof aqueous ethanol. Anhydrous ethanol is an important organic chemical.  It is primarily used as an underlying raw material and solvent in the chemical reagent, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and fragrance industries.
Consumable Cornstarch
A reliable product of advanced technology, produced from the corn wet milling process and closed-loop production process. Our high-quality product with few impurities is essential raw material of food, medical, textile, paper and chemical industries.
Fructose Syrup
Made from corn starch milk, with enzymatic conversion and heterogeneous technology, and with the world's most advanced micro-filtration membrane technology, our fructose syrup products encompass two categories, F42 and F55.
Maltose Syrup
This maltase-based, colorless and transparent viscous liquid is produced by a hydrolysis enzymatic process.  With a low sweetness and malt aroma, it can be applied to toffee, beverage, bakery products and beer production.
Maltodextrin
With high solubility, good taste, excellent thickening capacity and an emulsifying effect, our maltodextrin is an ideal carrier in food processing. In milk powder, it helps remove the smell of mutton, guarantee the nutrition, and maintain the taste to improve product quality. In cereal and soymilk, it helps combine the materials and remove smells.  In egg products and fat powder products, it helps enhance the stability of the protein and fat, increases solubility, as well as improves the taste of the products.
DDGS of Corn
DDGS of corn is a kind of animal feed with high protein that is produced during the yeast fermentation of grain to ethanol with a process including distillation, evaporation and drying. The feed is not only rich in protein but also rich in amino acids, vitamins and various minerals benefiting the growth of animals.  It also does not contain any anti-nutritional factors.
With a protein content of over 22%, DDGS has become a widely used ingredient in the animal feed industry all over the world. DDGS is beneficial in the growth and health of poultry, livestock, aquatic products and special animals. In livestock feed and aquatic products, it is normally used as a substitute to a Soybean meal or fishmeal.  Furthermore, DDGS can be fed directly to ruminants.
Corn Gluten Feed
Corn gluten feed is produced in the wet process during the production of cornstarch.  Made from part of the corn through a special process after separated from germ, endosperm and other organisms processed materials are then added into corn steep liquor appropriately and then dried.
Corn gluten feed contains not only polysaccharides such as starch and cellulose, but it also contains soluble protein and degradation products, such as peptides and various amino acids. In addition, it also contains lactic acid, phytic acid calcium, phytic acid magnesium and soluble carbohydrate that have high nutritional value.
Corn gluten feed is not only suitable for herbivorous animals, such as cattle, sheep and herbivorous fish, but also a good ingredient for feed for monogastric animals, such as pigs, and chickens.  When added to the feed at a  3-5% proportion, it provides not only essential nutrients, but is also beneficial to maintaining the healthy function of an animal’s digestive system.
Corn Protein Feed
Corn protein feed is the rest of corn, after it has been separated from germ and bran, and then extracted from starch, during the wet processing of corn. It is mainly used as feed for poultry and aquatic animals. Corn protein feed is rich in lutein, which helps the coloring of the skin and eggs of poultry when added to their feed in a certain proportion. Over the long term, corn protein feed helps increase the speed of growth and quality of poultry, as well as reduces the cost and maximizes the efficiency of animal feed.
Corn Germ Meal
Corn germ meal is made from corn germ after compression, solvent extraction and drying. Corn meal and corn germ meal differs based on nutritional ingredients. Corn meal is a palatable feed of high energy and nutritional efficiency, but with a protein content of 8.4%, and lack of lysine and tryptophan. Corn germ meal is even more palatable, and is more expanded what will improve the physical properties of compound feed. The protein content of corn germ meal is about 10% higher than it of corn meal. Furthermore, corn germ meal is also rich in essential amino acids, and its protein quality is better than that of corn meal.
The energy and protein content of corn germ meal addresses the nutritional needs of livestock and poultry diets. Hence, corn germ meal could be easily added to mixed feed, and helps lower the cost of overall feed itself. It is a product that is ideal for farms and farmers.
Crude Corn Oil
Crude corn oil can be further processed into corn oil. Corn oil contains a high level of linoleic acid (58.7%) that is a kind of unsaturated fatty acids with an absorption rate of 95%.  Linoleic acid in corn oil is essential to the human body and cannot be synthesized within the human body.  Linoleic acid helps lower blood cholesterol and helps soften blood vessels that can effectively prevent or treat cardiovascular disease. The good chemical stability of corn oil makes it a good ingredient for deep-frying and less harmful to health than other ingredients.
Corn Oil
Our corn oil, with a green “Tiancaogang” trademark, has high nutrition value.  It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids that can prevent arteriosclerosis or high blood pressure.  It has become the top choice of edible oil for consumers.
Natural VE oil
Natural Vitamin E is extracted from the distillate of soybean oil, through esterification, cold filtering and molecular distillation. As a natural anti-oxidant and nutritional supplement, natural Vitamin E does not contain any metal ions, organic solvents or other unknown ingredients. It can be used in medicine, food, cosmetics, animal feed, and other products, in order to improve their health benefits.
Plant Sterols
Plant sterols are extracted from the distillate of soybean oil, through esterification, cold dividing, filtration and lavation. Plant sterols can be widely used in medicine, food and feed. In medicine, Plant sterols can lower cholesterol in the body, repair tissue and inhibit the growth of tumors. Sterol is stable and a good emulsifier, and can be used as biological and chemical reagents and as pharmaceutical raw material (particularly as raw material of vitamin D3, various intermediate steroids and plant growth hormone or as emulsifier for a particular drug.) Sterol can also be used in the precision machining of paper, or as an ink pigment dispersant in the printing industry.  It can also be used as a softening agent in the textile industry or an antioxidant to prevent the deterioration of frying oil in the food industry.
Fatty Acid Methyl Ester
Fatty acid methyl ester is extracted from the distillate of soybean oil, through esterification, cold dividing and molecular distillation. It is an important intermediate of organic synthesis, and is used as the raw material of many kinds of high-class surfactant. It can be dissolved in grease, has a low viscosity, and can spread easily. It is widely used in production of emulsifiers. In the cosmetics industry, it can be used as a solvent for spices or as an ingredient in shampoo to increase the brightness of hair.  It can also be used as a fat liquor, cold-rolled lubricant, a dispersant in pesticide, a lubricant for leather, or as a thickening agent in plastic.  It is also currently being used as a high-quality, renewable biodiesel.
Liquefied Carbon Dioxide in Food Additives
Liquefied carbon dioxide used in food additives is made by purifying, condensing and compressing the carbon dioxide gas derived from corn fermentation during the production of alcohol. In strict accordance with the Regulations on Liquefied Carbon Dioxide as Food Additive GB10621-2006 and the standards of Pepsi Cola and Coca Cola, this product has been widely used to maintain the freshness of various beverages and foods.
